- OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE

- CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS

The User shall not be entitled to the right of withdrawal of the purchase of tickets, as it is a service linked to an entertainment activity, with the provision of a specific date and period of execution, as provided by Articles 97 l), and 103 letter l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
- RIGHT OF ADMISSION
BARCINO reserves the right of admission, and in particular to deny access to El Bosc de les Fades in those users who by their behavior may alter the safety of the interior of the building.
With the purchase of the ticket of a category, the User declares that he/she meets the age requirements or conditions that are detailed to be able to access with the certain category of ticket; BARCINO reserves in any case the right to require documents proving age, qualification or residence, which must be shown before accessing, and that, in the absence of these, will imply the refusal to enter El Bosc de les Fades, unless the difference between the amount paid with the entrance fee that would correspond, not meeting the conditions for that category of ticket is paid.

- CANCELLATIONS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE
BARCINO reserves the right to cancel and / or modify the programming of shows, sessions and / or events of any kind for reasons of force majeure and / or beyond its control and duly justified, without prior notice to the user and without any right to compensation of any kind in favor of the user, with the exception, when it so decides, of the refund of the price of the unused ticket.
